    Snot a hijack if it's a proper spot:thumbsup:
. Regardless of our mumblings and rumblings @surreyvan it's an odd socket in a VW camper.

  6. No worries it's rather odd to say the least obv it will be changed I wonder if the po had it put in as he travelled quite a bit to Spain , also I'm also wondering about the red plastic key thingy ? I guess once it all wired up all will be revealed or not lol

The key is just an isolator. That's ok and they're rated up to about 500amps lol.

More than your average table lamp!

So, its possibly a security key but whatever it is you'll work it out.

    Keep the updates coming

  9. So we thought here's an idea , as sometimes I will want extra space in the van dogs grandkids etc and I don't want fridge/sink unit in place how about a fold up buddy seat that fits behind the sink unit I like it IMG-20230109-WA0010.jpg IMG-20230109-WA0009.jpg IMG-20230109-WA0006.jpg IMG-20230109-WA0007.jpg

Use it enjoy it - get a few inevitable stone chips etc but most of all get some good memories and experiences from it and remember it can always be fixed up again when wear and tear sets in. Museum pieces are to be looked at but no fun! Remember you own the bus and not the other way around! Can’t take it with you to the grave so just enjoy your hard work.
