Got a bit of work to do here as well, the rear top hat was the only one to suffer the rust invasion but to get it out had to remove part of the cargo floor as well but this was also rotting made sense in the end.
Save another, you're enjoy it for a life time! Great work, remember although it's a pain, each small bit you do, you will not have to do again! Soon it there will be nothing left to do on it except run it and enjoy the camping
Thought i'd better do an update to my van, as its outside under a tarp things have been a little bit slow but have managed to get the outer cill and rear wheel arch on.
Have started on the rear quarter and cut out the battery tray as there was not much of it left, the inner panels need some work as well.
Manufactured the inner panels now and hopefully get those on tomorrow, gonna clean up the bottom inner panel and get some paint on it before I tack the new panels on.
Been a while since iv posted on here and iv lost a lot of photos during the last few years which im still trying to find, so the next few show the repairs to the roof and gutters
