  4. I've got a white on blue '75 devon, whats yours?
Bands that I like so far, Eels, Dinosaur Jnr, Indians, Sigur Ros, Warpaint, Damien Durado, Woodpeck Wooliams, Heartless Bastards, Pokey La Farge, Bo Ningen, Polica, Futur Primitif, Allo Darlin,
TBH the stages all near each other and the bands start at different times so at least during peak times in the evening if I dont like the one I am watching I'll get another pint and maybe something to eat then wander off to the next stage that has something starting. Its a smallish festival so its not like you have to get to each stage early to secure a good place.

  5. We are off to Green Man with the kids and some mates who have never been to a festival. Should be good. Wanted to do EOTR but we are already away that weekend. Did No Direction Home last year which was organised by the EOTR guys and it was fantastic. Weather kept a lot away so they have pulled it for this year. Shame as it was near Mansfield and s near home.

  6. we did No Direction Home last year too, weather wasn't too bad in the end only mud on a couple of high traffic areas, and the sun came out quite alot, nice location too

  7. Know what you mean. Red T3. I've heard of, never listened to nor seen but would like to: Dinosaur Jnr, Warpaint, Polica, Futur Primitif. Heard of, listened to but never seen but again would like to: Eels. Never heard of nor listened to but wouldn't mind: Indians and the rest. My choices from the lineup who i've seen and listened to: Sigur Ros, David Byrne & St Vincent, Damien Jurado, Efterklang,Savages. Rest i'm intrigued by as i usually am at EOTR. It'll be my 3rd time and can't wait, esp the Goan fish curry with mackerel. Oh and the beer and the people. We'll probably cross paths somewhere along the line.

  8. They'll have a belter especially with the lineup and setting, people, bands and the beer.

  9. Exactly. Django Django were the pick of the weekend for my daughters. I pretty much loved everything. Such a shame they aren't doing it this year.
