Even greater wow. The music of the future in one of the future's venues. Lucky man. Saw them at bestival 2009 and thought that was awesome but obviously the some of awe has been surpassed.

kraftwerk would have been good but i'm limited in that Mrs Mabel doesnt do crowds so only sit down arena gigs for her, and the mabelette, my gig partner, hasnt even heard of kraftwerk.

the subways have been confirmed for truck and we know billy, the lead singer, so its a bit of a religion for us to traipse around seeing them - off to the Square in Harlow on Sunday to see them and have bagsed some freebies to see the vaccines at the O2 on Thursday next week

 

The origional ,haven"t seen modern one ,re festivals > i went to a market town ,by the name of Otley, which is in Yorkshire regarding work ,years ago ,and they had/have a festival of sorts over a weekend ,loads of accoustic stuff, every pub you go into ,dudes playing ,people partying ,i was seriously impressed

 

We're at womad this year -we went a couple of years ago and loved it!

 

Have you got a TLB sticker on your bus? I have, walk round the campervan area and do some spotting. They'll be quite a few late bays there, there was last year.
Most of the bands I do not know very well so I am putting together a spotify playlist, theres an official spotify playlist I added tracks I liked from that to my own playlist and then have a bit more of a search for tracks from bands that sound interesting and then add some of those too.

 

Wilderness and Secret Garden for us, we went to LAtitude for the last two years but we think it has grown too big and too commercial
