Middle seat / extra seat (removable) for a child up front

  1. Is there such a thing? In a walk-through bus, can you fit something between the passenger and driver's seat for a third passenger up front? What I'm after is something in the middle of the seats to which I can attached a child's seat or a child's booster seat, so we can have the little nipper sitting up front with us. Is such a set-up possible? If there is, I'd need it to be easily removable for access to the rear when parked up or camping.

  3. I don't like the look of that

  4. We had one and it bolted in ok. 2 bolts were tricky and needed drilling out to get them to fit. The seat sat at the same angle as the driver and passenger. The only problem was changing gear, there's very little room and it may involve a bit of leg moving in 3rd and 4th.

Our boy is quite tall and we found this problematic as he can't sit still for 2 seconds. With a tot it may be fine. You will struggle with a big car seat too, boosters are ok.

Not the safest thing in the world 2 leather straps hold the stool & of course the lap belt.
Luckily we hardly ever use it as a seat for safety reasons.
I simply unbuckle the straps & lift it out of the way when we rotate the passenger seat.
My question is how do I rotate the Passenger stool, do I have to unbolt it every time? ???

  7. would that seat work in a west as there is only one bulk head thou?
