FFS, if people can take a vw gearbox apart with a chisel then a wheel nut is child's play

 

Hammer and chisel will sort it.
I did laugh when I read that Ferrari tried helping them with some kit.

Unlike wsbk in Aragon..

 

It was probably so clean and perfectly machined flat it cold welded. A bit of random grease or roughing it with 100 grade enery paper on the flat surfaces would have fixed it...
