WANTED Meat and veg

Thought I'd make an effort for tea tomorrow.
So has anyone's got any spare mneat or veg?
Maybed yoiu found a dead chicken down by the river?
Or the bogoff deal on sprouts has left you inundated?

I'm in Southampton, can travel (on pushing bike) but ideally any offers would originate from my street .

Sorry, Jez - looked on the A303, and there're no dead badgers this year. People just chuck them in the boot quick and drive off.

 

I don't believe that, badger is like the black meat of Mordor.

There was a young deer dead at the side of the road near us yesterday - went back an hour later and someone had taken it - so sorry you are too late.

There must be an allotment near you.
I find there veg is much nicer than the shop bought stuff.
Best to get down there while it's dark before a load of old duffers turn up and dig up the best stuff.

I went to the farm shop yesterday and picked up our meat, 4.5kilos of rib of beef for 3 people I can forsee the need for larger trousers soon

 

I just prepped all the veg for tomorrow, got a lot of running round 1st thing so trying to get ahead.

 

We just had our xmas dinner, going to in laws for lunch tomorrow so we had ours today.
