My sister had one in the 80’s I think. We called it a Jetta and she took umbrage and said it’s pronounced Yetta she had been living in Germany for a year
I brought one years ago just for the Ronal Teddy bear alloys then scrapped the rest as it needed a new radiator and no one wanted a F-reg faded Jetta at the time .
They were on this Jetta when I bought it ! Cannot remember the size but 13 or 14 inch I think .Real marmite wheels but sold them straight away and had numerous calls after.
The big white hairy animal was a Skoda. Not always easy to tell them apart. However a Jetta could easily be confused with a Jetty which is quite different.
https://earlybay.com/threads/old-1980s-vw-jetta-and-teddy-bear-alloy-wheels.25443/ The must be rare alloys as just easily found the original advert from 13 years ago
I had a friend that bought an old Mk 2 Golf with pristine Pirelli alloys on it - funny when people don't know they don't know. Car was an old nail.
