Lost my job today. Totally gutted :(

Hello all. Have had some real bad news today.

Got asked to have a meeting with my manager this morning.

Sat me down and told me after 12 months working with them the company was not able to keep me on.
Gave me two weeks notice and a few grand on top of my salary to help me on my way.

I am totally gutted and side swiped, as I had no idea this was going to happen
So if you have any jobs or know of regards to precision farming specialists then please let me know.

I know it's so easy to say, but try and see it as a positive, that a new and better door is about to open for you. I wish you the best of luck mate.

Gutted for you. My last job was HR Manager for a large well known motor company. I left in the end because of the corruption within the whole HR field. Always took people out of left field when it wasn't necessary and they could have let them know it was on the cards months before. Hope you find something else soon. (you didn't show them your pants did you)?

Is Northampton to far for you to come to i know a guy who is always looking for good blokes who is a contract farmer so does anything and everything to do with farming. If any good pm me and I can pass his number on to you!

 

I think it may be the purplepants that did it. You guys you are absolutely right look on the positive side I now have the opportunity to change my job and secure my future.
I will be working within a month fingers crossed
