  1. Hi Guys, any recommendations for a 3-4 bike rack for the camper?

    Kind regards

  2. The fiamma specific one for the t2 is only 2 bikes. Not seen any others listed but guess you could chuck some on a roof rack, but you’d need a ladder! Or there are tow bar mounted ones for “normal” cars I think, but whether they’d work on a bus I don’t know. I usually chuck one inside, but it’s a squeeze if you have other stuff or a kitchen.

  3. We use a Tow ball mounted one, like the one below but for 4 bikes. Works well and doesn't touch the van, you do need a trailer board though. We had the tow bar added for this specific purpose but now also use it for a Puck (not at the same time:D)

Gingerbus and Jack Tatty like this.
  4. I have been considering fitting a rack to my bay and still have a rather agricultural steel tube rack I made in the 80's for our water-boxter, that I may adapt. It has 2 mounting brackets that are attached by the 4 bumper screws and was easily attached/removed and secured with pip-pins, the vertical tube that holds the crossbar/saddle tubes can also be folded down so that the tailgate can be opened. I had bought a tube bender and went a bit crazy making racks for the sail board as well, this one allowed the board to be carried without interfering with the poptop and was located by the jack points and gutters. Let me know if this of interest and I will dig out and supply more details. Here we were waiting on Dover seafront waiting for early ferry en-route to Holland.

  5. We have this one. It’s been great. Worth mounting the tow bar for if necessary.
