Beef is a winner for me, or if it's a nice piece of lamb that's minted and ain't got no bones or slimy bits that's ok.....i don't do "faffy" meat, if i cant just eat it i don't wanna know!
Got to be beef,medium with just a hint of blood and if its got horseradish sauce as well then its nearly as good as sex ;D
Lamb .... for its suculent melt in your mouth texture Beef ... for all round meaty goodness Pork ... for Crackling.
Roast Beef!!!!! Horseradish sauce, yorkshires, gravy, roast spuds, roast parsnips, peas, carrots.....omg i am salivating at my desk....dribble...
So the veggies don't feel left out we will allow the suggestions of vegetarian alternatives. Nut roast anyone?
