Set off at a reasonable hour this morning to get to Arborfield Garrison and the REME museum for the Ivan Hurst VW event. The museum was really good with some great displays and worth the £6 Adult £4 Child over 5 admission, admittedly without a 5 year old I could have spent a lot longer in there. The main reason for the visit was to see the great selection of pre 67 air cooled cars and there was a good showing of beetles and type 2's. The car park had a fair few delights too which is always a bonus, I did have to laugh though as it would appear the birds of a feather flock together and the splits were in one area, early bays in another and lates congregated near the exit for a fast getaway. A few pictures for your delight. Main Field More main field A few old lads Car park selection The late bays
