It all started in April 2019 and is still going

  1. So I purchased my first camp in April 2019, just over a year later it has had; new cab floors, offside and nearside front wheel arches, complete front end, sills down both sides, lower half of both quarter panels, offside rear corner, lower, middle and upper rear panels, plating to the nearside corner and a load of plating underneath.
    Surprisingly the chassis was ok.
Roof has been plated and rebuilt in all four corners, gutters plated and new sections made.

Engine fully rebuilt, new cylinders, pistons, shells, a progressive Weber, fuel pipes and pump (electric), the fuel tank was cut open, cleaned of all rust and coated.

Still a long way to go!
    Regards,
    M

  14. Great me thinks, that bit will be under the Rock/Roll so is more about keeping still clean and off the waxoil.

    Part quiz.
No.1 I believe that it's the rail for the coat hangers in the wardrobe.

  16. Not quite, we don't have a wardrobe, think more along the lines of speed.

It's either as you suggest a fat line of speed, or the accelerator link across the cab floor.
