my misses doesnt understand that sometimes i just want to go out side and play with my bus ,doing those little jobs that just need doing :-} ie, having a brew while checking to see if my table is level .maybe giving a bit of tlc on the inside ,polishing and making ready for next trip out ...
You must be too nice when you're in the house. My wife loves it when I'm in my "Happy Place". She even brings me cups of coffee and beers later just to keep me out there!
I love playing. Just spent ten hours at the beach last sunday with my van and tamiya sand scorcher and tri’plane kite. I’m in my 50s.
My wife is happy for me to go and work on the bus. She comes out to see how I am getting on, sometimes with coffee or cake. In return I go and help on the allotment
I don’t see my wife. Only in late evening and early morning. If I’m not at work, I’m outside fixing things, and making sure that the fabric of our universe is intact. In return, I wake up not hungry, with clean cloths in the draw. It’s a very good system.
