Insulating cab doors

  1. I have insulated the slider with thermowrap

But was wondering what the best way to insulate the cab doors?

Is it to take the same approach with duct tape & thermowrap on the outside skin?

i wouldn't - water runs freely down the inside of doors when it rains, that will hold water, i guess you could fit some of that stick on sound deadener but i wouldn't bother, you could fit the stuff you say to the back of the door cards though, that may work.

  3. As long as it doesn't make the doorcard stick out from where it should be.

What has everyone else done with their front door cards?

  4. A nice thick coating of waxoil inside the skin and frame, no thermal quality but deads the noise and protects the metal a bit

  5. But what about warmth in the cab?
