Are they noticeably louder than your previous tyres?

 

there is a tiny hum on deceleration as approaching roundabouts etc, but only on certain road surfaces.. other than that not really take it for a blast at techenders if you're there

I think my insurance would only cover third party if anything happened whilst I was driving it.

 

Id just like to wrap up this thread,

The whole conversion was straight forward, it takes time but nothing is too labour intensive.

the reward at the end, for me, has literally been life changing.. dramatic yes but i use the bus without fail every week.

my range has literally doubled therefore my fuel bill is way less.

every press of the gas results in a little smile and just suits the way i use the bus! i understand its not for everyone, but i should of done it 8yrs ago .

the aircooled really got me adept with spanners and playing around with engines and i still enjoy that, helping friends still!

but throwing on the heating and blasting down the motorway is just bliss
