"in members' opinions, the cream of the crop"

First up hello from a relatively new member who's loving the forum, really friendly, helpful and fun. Thanks for making me feel so welcome .

I do have one suggestion though...

In the site's forum categories list, one of the first entries is Featured Rides. There are certainly some very nice busses on there, but most of them seem to be from 2011, on a couple of the posts the pictures no longer load, and IMO there are lots of equally nice if not nicer / more interesting ones elsewhere on the forum.

As a showcase for what we're into, it's looking a bit sad! I hope no offense is taken by those who have had their busses featured but maybe it's time for a revamp? What do other people think?

Featured Rides is by invitation traditionally. I think we need some new vans featured. I'll make some enquiries of the powers that be

 

Tis a section where a few members don't even come on anymore, a refresh would be good.

 

I am also new to this forum and I would say the Bus or Van aspects are only the glue......... (IMO), maybe a glue with a lot of passion but still only the glue...... I may be wrong, I often am!

There are other forum which care a lot, lot more about the image.

This forum to me is like an old sofa ….nuf said …?

 

It is like an old sofa - we sometimes need a bit of a shove to get off it and do something

 

maybe the featured rides could be split into sections
modified rides
original rides
ratty rides
home built rides etc etc
that way most tastes are catered for rather the opinion of 2 or 3 people
