How big is my engine?

  1. I am planning to remove my 2.0l CJ engine and plan to move it from storage to my garage for work. Any of you nice folk got any idea what the dimensions are? I need to know if it will fit in my trailer. So if you know or have one on your bench that you can measure what is the width, depth and height please? Height does not really matter, but useful anyway. Ta muchly

  2. unless your trailer is REALLY tiny then it will fit. I have a mini-me erde trailer like the halfords one and I can easily fit a type 4 in it. I much prefer to put the engine in the car boot though on a little pallet - means I can drive faster
    :)

  3. Thanks Joker, my trailer is 1m x 1.5m - an erde 142, so sounds OK and strapped in speed will be no prob, beats trying to get the lump over the boot sill. is yours flat?
