My SKX007, upgraded it with a later Seiko movement, ceramic bezel insert, sapphire crystal, 0range rubber dive strap, it has been "swimming" honest
i would love to be able to work on watches, i used to polish diamonds when i was younger and had my eyesight , but i have hands like shovels and eyes of a bat now and its a bit late for me to start and take up such an hobby . but STILL THINKING about the ukulele though
Is it based on the 7s26 auto movement? If it is, you can keep it going almost indefinitely, even if the movement were to fail, which I doubt, I am certain the later Seiko instruments movements will fit fine
Some of those Seiko mod vids on YouTube are something else, mind. The Seiko blood moon, is something else. Went to Macy’s in Florida, a couple of years ago, and saw a watch with an embroidered tigers head on the face for a thousand bucks. Can’t remember who made it, but never seen anything like it before.

This is my Oris bought about 20 years back new for £300, they’ve trebled now due to the mechanical trend coming back in. Service every 5 years, should last me out and can pass it down to
I'm not allowed to discuss Seiko's 5s the wife has banned them. They have just done some street fighter ones and a new replacement Pepsi

Any of you watch wearers get headaches, dizzyness, tinnitus, nausea, etc etc etc that you can't shift? Acupuncturist (no, not short for accurate punctual wrist) once persuaded me to stop wearing mine (this is in 1988) ... "Yuh right" I said, "as if", but knock me down wiv a fevva, it "worked" ... Never worn one since.
