Hi everyone, Once upon a time I owned a 1957 Oval that never got the attention it deserved or I had intended to give it and I went on to spend lots of time and money on a Mk1 Golf and then a couple of Mk2’s (don’t hate me air-cooled massive) but as fate would have it o ended up staying in the motor trade for, well, ever (!) and so company cars meant I never had space, funds or a practical need for vehicles that I love. I’m now getting old and the hankering for the Bay I’ve always wanted has resurfaced now that I might actually be able to afford the time and a money to own one. Anyway, I’ve not been on forums since about 2006 so am massively out of touch with it all and apologise if my etiquette is off but it would be nice to have some contacts / be involved in chats that might help me in the quest for finding the right van for me.
