  1. ello... >:D

well August in France I usually get most of it off so I am at home messing about...I bought this off Silver...

Trouble is on a winters day it would be nice to weld it somewhere inside...I have a hanger but would be nice to have it enclosed a bit more and a concrete floor would be nice..

so I knocked up a couple of walls and a acrossy bit...

    Evening LEF,

Top photos :) I like the one I have seen of your pick up being the anchor for a crane?
ps I like the cats hiding place :)

  8. Decided not to turn him over but today I decided to cut the rear axle off.....

Was a picture of the back axle

It was quite simple apart from forgetting to cut the brake pipe over the box and I cannot get one of the drums off... :arrggh:

    Here is the gap...

    was a gap

one last look @ acro props... ;D

Imagine two badly welded acro props

    ;D

  12. ahhhhhhh so if the move images into a subfolder they change the codes...

so here is the old back axle

cannot get the swing arms off, both bolts have corroded to nothing...

decided there was a lot of crud in the locker ,decided to make a big hole and push it all on the floor.. >:D

The old tophat the back axle sat on was not very good so decided I needed something meatier...

now to cut it to size without a tape measure or pencil ..[scratched it with a nail]

    fits nice

My plan is to make two threaded bars and kinda screw the new beam up...

Having seen the abuse that truck gets, your modification is probably essential. :)

  18. Finding life is too busy for me ,Sunday is the only day I get off ,unfortunately today was rebuilding my ride on lawnmower engine...its aircooled...

one picture for Silver I have been doing plaster boarding all last week ,in France they screw then onto metal rails ,these rails should be flat ,my apprentice decided to make this..

It just fell off the ceiling.. Botchtastic..

That's custom fit, some call it bespoke...keep up the good work :))

  20. Today I decided to get back under the bus....

Cut the chassis and the axle...

    more yellow?

Now when I cut the front bits the axle will go up at the front and the gaps should be gone...hopefully... :chewie:

I did catch fire to myself ,again....

Let it burn a bit cos my grinder was in a too good position and I did`nt want to stop ,just for a little fire. ;D

I will probably will buy this in avril ,maybe just use it as a garden object..
