Hello from Germany (BFG)

My First posting as an artificer was to 28 Amphib, 64 Sqn, vivted Hameln last year on a nostalgic revisit, plus other camps i was stationed in, Hemer, Muenster Herford, took Tilly, did over 1500 miles and loved it.

 

I have been here since March after 4 years at Batus, the good thing out of it was I set up a vw club its on facebook ralston vdubclub. Since arriving here did 3 weeks then on det the the sandpit and just got back 3 weeks ago, wife is thredders lol

looks like a scene from The Trueman Show, everything in that picture looks perfect, brand new and clean! Very sweet set up you have there, slight tint on the windows is a good call, I need that doing, any disclosure on how much you parted with for her?

lol, the guy did not know what he had, I was VERY lucky. 8 grand sounds good....to you maybe lol, just had it valued here in Germany 23,000 euro so you are a little short, but always interested in offers.

 

rest at ease I was joking lol, thats incredible! infact it makes feel a little sick that those crazy deals never seem to come my way but I can only congratulate you with it! thats ALOT of camper for that money! well done, so are you keeping it the way it is or any customising in the pipeline?

I am a stock guy at heart, I have upgraded a few things like front and rear HD anti roll bars - CHT guage plus oil pressure and temp, retrosound stereo, but no speakers yet as I dont like to drill holes or cut the original kick boards, so might get some aftermarket ones for the speakers and keep the OG boards in the house.

 

I installed all my dials without drilling a single hole.
