    Morning all
Looking for suggestions on how to remove the cotter pin for the handbrake handle.
I've tried knocking ir out with a small pin but its not moving.

Is this the pin holding the rubber end on the handle, or the pin under the dash that mounts the handle to the vertical pivot?

Perfect. Just needed something on the other side to support it, which I'm guessing is what the wood in the background is for?

You know you’re on lockdown when you start making tools like these!

Too right, I use a piece of softwood and whack it into the end grain. :)

My next door neighbour has built himself a wooden drum kit. Joy of joys!

When I see that beautiful tool , I think I just used a big hammer held against the handle on one side while I hit the pin with a small hammer.

  10. Serves you right for cutting the tree down and supplying the wood
