    Morning All

I’m seriously considering swapping my gear stick. as the ball is well worn, I can drive it without a problem but let the wife loose and there’s no chance (some might say that’s a good thing :D)

Current setup is a standard stick with an extension and an empi quick shifter plate

I have checked and sorted all the linkages so underneath is all good...

options as far as i see are (in no particular order)links added too

Gene berg - price different depends where you get it and not sure on post.. (with a ball option, as the tee looks a bit wrong to me)(snotty's option I believe)

Bug tech - price is £345 not sure on post... (bit pricey for me)

CSP - £280 (but not a fan of the Tee handle)

    Trafficcox - £175 ish – ticks all my boxes…

    Scat £120 (Tee handle again)

Empi - £80 ish (snotty has some over his fence apparently)

stock - would mind this but can you get new right hand drive ones ?

What’s people’s opinions and what have you got ?

  2. Got a T handled Scat I didn't like, too low for me (good at advertising me ...) but great for hill starts .. you can have for £50...

I have no experience of anything other than stock, with the slight single bend extension.
On occasions, if you keep an eye out, Custom & Commercial sell reconditioned original RHD gearsticks - might be worth messaging them if you want to stay 'stock original'.
I've not seen them on any other of the usual suspect's websites, but that doesn't mean they aren't out there :)
    I'm very happy with mine.

All good thanks..... although my stitches (now I can see them) strongly resemble the crimping on a Cornish pasty!!

its the ball and pin on the other end which is the important bit, i dont think they need that much wear before you are stirring porridge...

  14. I will go double check and photo for you

JK sell replacement pins for stock gear sticks if it helps (but not the little spring that goes with it)

  16. Lever just below the tee

  19. Great timing. There was a Ginsters in front of me.

Just passed it to the wife... don’t feel hungry now.
