They should of let bottas through much earlier at the start when he was trying.

jensons 250th race this weekend and rob smedley's first race with williams, plus bahrain as a night race this year, i hope it's better than last weekend......

I have found Bahrain to be one of the least entertaining races in the past, I find the track and immediate environs very flat but maybe that will be helped with the lighting! Also, teams and drivers know the track so well I think it tames the potential problems they have on track.

Got a proper media blackout this weekend tho... out for a meal on Saturday and staying over so will have to hold out until Sunday afternoon for quali and Sunday night for the race!

 

anyone waiting for quali? mercs look miles in front after practice, vettel had an off in fp3.

Yeah, I'll be up for it as it gets underway 01.00 our time. We finish daylight saving tonight & anyway I'll have a kip this afternoon, forecast is for more rain so I might as well stay in & have a kip on the lounge

 

ahh ok, i'm not a fan of these afternoon races myself i prefer the early morning stuff as i don't waste the day waiting in it's 15.50 here and i doubt i'll be arsed to go and do anything after this and i've been watching fp3 and the quali build up since 13.30 so i've wasted the whole afternoon.

 

Ditto but it's the middle of the night here so nothing better to do. I'll watch quali & then grab a few hours sleep
