  1. Haha, On eof the reasons I bought it was for the number plate :burp:

    I will certainly attempt the 427 pints one day. I'm not sure if it relates to the number of litres of petrol the engine consumes on each trip though ;)
     
  2. Thanks! My roof doesn't seem to fit quite right, it overhangs a bit. i'm yet to see another Superviking in the flesh to see what it's supposed to look like!

    It was at ullswater lake, just at the top end, close to Pooley Bridge.

  7. It looks lovely! i'd be interested to see how you've done the framework on the roof? Where did you get the support from that holds up the canvas? Mines usable, but isn't the best.

  11. Front nearside corner is the usual place. I note quite a few have a hold down or bonnet strap fitted there. Front gas strut tends to push them out. Reinforcing the side of the roof around the front hinge or some bracing to stop the flexing might sort it as i think that's the weak point!
