fitting a front clip

evening all,

Just wondering if I would be asking for trouble if I fit my front panel before I get my front valance on seeing as how the bottom of the front panel sits on the lip of the valance???

reason Im asking is that the valance is out of stock and god only knows when it will be it so I was thinking of fitting the front clip first.

Will I be able to line it up just using the air box and inner window frame??
