First Techenders of 2025

what a great weekend
it was great to see so many attending
thank you for all the advice on my new to me van
i literally picked it up from Huddersfield on Friday and drove it to Techenders untested
so for advice on the poptop, fuel lines , rear light fittings, travel in Europe etc thank you everyone,
plus Ozzy dogs legendary fire pit
and cheers to Norris for the offer of your front and rear light clusters .

Things went a bit wrong. Satnav directed me to an alternative route through Winchester that involved a ring road that was completely shut in one direction for some roadworks. Lots of rat running through ancient roads..
I escaped gridlock then headed off to find another river crossing while aware I was getting low on fuel..
So I then went miles east to a garage I knew was still there..
And then back down home, meeting road works about three times..
Dark blue is slow. Reds and oranges are sensible speeds.

There are other more direct routes through the South Downs National Park but they dont have petrol stations.
