  5. Yep i've got Twin carbs and it fits just nicely up in that corner

  6. next question, did you fit it while the carbs were in place?(drill through the panel to fix or something different?)
gonna struggle to fit pipe up top,not got anything to thread the cable ties to!any ideas?
thought about some kind of metal grid possibly light steel or maybe mdf?as if fire breaks out hopefully the foam will put it out before it takes hold,if not not even light weight steel will even stop the flames!!!
    any thoughts guys?

    sharky ???

The Wiseman wagon had his fitted today. Instead of a wooden top I fitted some drilled steel from B&Q. Not cheap but really easy to work with. Looks quite nice to so I will be doing it to mine. You can even hide the gas tank breather pipes up there which cleans up the area lovely.

In total all l used was 10 cable ties. You don't want it too tight in the curves. An added difficulty to the T4 engine buses is the service hatch. This is why I run my pipes down so they are nearer the fuel lines on the firewall. All was fitted with the engine in. Nothing was removed.

On the fire wall I've used double sided sticky stuff with cable tie holders. Works a treat.

  10. with your system fitted in the corner like i would prefer mine to be,does it not get in the way of changing the spark plugs?
i'm worried i will not be able to service the plugs with out it getting in the way,bad enough with twin ict's so do not need any thing else in the way!
the idiots guide to fitting says not to keep offering the item in different areas as to cause it damage,so don't want to have it accidentally go off!!
    any ideas chaps and chapetts???

    sharky.

  11. Got my order, thank you yet again Jen, you were brilliant! I owe you beer!

Haven't fitted it yet as I need some engine bay work doing, new hoses, starter motor and possibly more and i don't want it getting in the way or damaged. Bus won't run anyway so it's not high priority wise!
