Afternoon gang, on a 1971 very early 1600 crossover, where does the brown fuel sender lead exit at the fuel sender end? Just back from having the engine refitted and we've found a brown feed with a spade which is the sender feed just inside the engine bay on the right, which is not long enough to have come off the sender so presume there is another connector/plug somewhere? It's a factory uninsulated terminal. Thanks.
From memory, it goes through the side of the tank compartment, RHS. They may be a connector on the lead, as I recall.
