Back from madness and in my house I love local gigs! How's it going?

 

Gutted…… I was on the road to Techenders pulled in to Potters Bar to top up the tank. The engine cut out and wouldn’t start again. Recovery picked me up and brought me home. L Starter motor is dead I believe. How much will that cost me?

While broke down I walked down the street and saw a yellow VW T2 in a drive way knocked on the door but nobody was in. L The T2 had a Late Bay sticker in the back window. Small world hey!

Anyway I’m gutted to miss this weekend as I was dying to get a few questions answered.

When’s the next one?

 

Possibly the famous hot start issue. Go out now and try it now the wiring has cooled down!

 

Yep sounds like hot start, would have started with a push I bet, will prob start now. Next one will be April

Yep it started........ Cant believe it.......

Hot wires? Which wires are overheating? The battery connection was hot when I cut out..

How do stop this from happening?

 

Hot start relay search it... It's common, set off early and don't turn it off lol and you'll be there tomorrow

 

If you do turn it off/stall and it won't start again wait 20/30minutes or so and it will start or if you are feeling energetic bump start!
Then whilst at Techenders get someone to show you theirs............hot start relay!
