Excersise - pro's and con's?

    Eating chocolate is supposed to release endorphins. To me the best exercise is to walk to the shops for a chocolate cake :)

  3. I do karate twice a week - don't have time for anything else Monday to Friday - I'm 44 and its keeps me feeling fit as well as holding off the belly creep. Most times I hurt afterwards but working through the belts also gives you a sense of achievement.

    If you think you're getting too fat, you need to smoke more fags. :)

    Fags are a great meal replacement - have a couple for lunch and watch the pounds drop off.

  6. I did six months in the saudi dessert(no drinking allowed)
    All i did was hit the gym at every spare moment
    I came back to the uk golden brown and ripped all over and superfit in mind and body


    The first night i went out on the lash back in the uk i fell over after 3 pints
     
  7. If you stick to my regime it will help you avoid any such embarrassing moments.
