Plumber definitely did that if it was a sparks it would have wire tales everywhere and random newspaper clipping.

 

There were no randomly-placed cable cleats knocked in at 45º, so prob not a sparky.

You know full well there’s a super injunction against that and those files are sealed for thirty years. I can’t discuss it. I’ve been offered a lot of money by the news of the world for an exclusive but with so many of the families finally managing to get some normality back I just can’t say anything. I am pretty sure the National Trust found this at the top of the stairs on one of their properties where a cantilevered landing had been "improved" for central heating purposes by chopping the joists.

 

"There you go love iv'e finished fitting the heating, where do you keep your Acros ?"
