Oh ive just seen your post about the cost in fuel

Id be happy to chuck a few quid in the pot towards fuel or feed you for the weekend to offset your fuel costs

 

That's what I meant (not the chuck in££). I'll have to see, I love the lakes and it'd be a good excuse (if it doesn't clash with Techenders).

Yeh, I'm in as long as it doesn't clash with a possible Spain trip. Been a while since I've done striding edge,
I could actually ride up Helvellyn and meet you at the top there is a legal path, but less fun on my own.

 

What way would you ride up ? over Catstye cam and across ? I had to come back down over that once when it got to foggy and I could'nt find squirrel edge

 

Definitely on your own for that one. Unless its flat getting there

 

Last time i mountain biked helvelln i had a major brake failure so rode down without any. I beat my mate down to the carpark on the A591 by 20 minutes.

 

I might join Flakey and do it on the BMX , linz has got a girly bike without a crossbar you could borrow Woody , you should be able to get over that.

ive just looked on aa route planner n no route access for vehicles lol 1 in 3 no trailers or motor homes must be 400 odd for me then

 

You could come upto me and then we could meet up with silver and woody??
