No we went down along the coast as far as St Margaret's at Cliffe and then headed across to Chatham for the dockyard. Then went across the river and had a meal and a look around in Lakeside which we've never been to before. We stopped at a variety of campsites but my personal favorite was one near Sittingbourne which had lovely hot free showers.

 

but no sand or friendly locals

 

I am 8 miles from Sittingbourne and extremly friendly but my names not sandy.

 

Well it's a bit late telling us now. We could have popped round for coffee and biscuits.
