Drop spindles

  1. I quite fancy a roof rack for sticking the SUP’s on. With a minor drop 3cm I could get the bus in the garage with the NLA full length rack.

This would be a good thing. Does anyone run the drop spindles? Don’t really want to look low.

    photos would be great..

That's a lot of effort for a roof rack. :)

Isnt it easier to buy inflatable SUP boards and transport them inside the bus?

  4. Well they are inflatable.... but with the keep fit pump it takes better part of 40mins to get both blown up. Given where we live being able to strap and and go would be really handy for getting a cheeky extra session in sometime

You have a vehicle that can carry a suitable air pump and power it in the car park..
But I do understand the point about stuff having to be ready to use or you dont use it.

Also for the SUPS do you really need a roof rack with an edge , also it only needs to clear the top of the bus by enough to take account of bouncing along with a load of SUPs on it... If you havent got a poptop, then probably three roof bars with the correct brackets would work to hold the SUPs om .
