Double cabs from Sweden * New name *

And as always its take sometime between my welding updates but now I´m on it again! But not with the Blue one as I told you... even if the must of the rust is gone on that too.

New Ideas and new Rides !! I can trade the white DC in for another Bay if I has done the welding so as I rather have that Bay ( which I wanna keep secret for now, but it´s a bus I can tell you.. ) instead of two rusty DC´s so let the grinder and weld get back to the same job I already with the blue one. You have seen pictures of rusty Bays before so I don´t post more of those. But thats my job for now, do the white one ready for the road and then get the other one home and with some minor adjustment to that secret ride be ready just in time for Beach 2013 !

Ta-daa!!

Back here to tell you I´m not dead but as many times before I sold the car before I was done.. both DC´s actually... so there wasn´t much to write about. The blue one was sold as it was in with no motor and lots of other parts missing and the white was just on the finishline to be driven legally. I had planned to do it all road legal but with the customing left before it was sold but , you know.. new ideas and an prototype bay with logos from the eigthies caught my mind so it was , off you go to both DC´s and to start working on the Early one.



The bus has been here locally since new with only three owners since new. First an forestry service followed by Boderus Radio & TV and then a person who bought it in ´92 and turned the bus into a kind of camping van and luckily he didn´t repaint it some magenta pink and yellow !, before he parked it behind his barn around ´96 due to other priorities and a oildripping engine and, and there it was!

Me and my brother bought some years ago but he didnt want it anymore so I bought his half aswell and get started to try to get it thru Bilprovningen ( MOT ? ) with some minor problems with brakes and some rust issues but after that I lowered it and some other small things been done and then it was my summer ride for 2013. ! B) And with one ready to ride bus and a ´60 Sc project in my garage now there arent room for Late Bays anymore but when I get one next time I let you guys know first !
