Distributor position?? HELP

I found an oval shaped valve in an engine once. The seat was still fine and so was the valve in every way but the overall shape, it was as two opposite sides had shrunk. New valve and off it went.

Just finished compression test 1 and 2 around 90 number 3 was 10 to 15 and 4 was 60 so it’ll need to be stripped down

 

There wasn't anything else wrong with it. I've never been a "you need a new engine" kind of guy.
