We have a 1974 type 2 bay, originally a kombi-bus, which has we think a Danbury poptop, however we need to replace the canvas and we are unsure how the canvas attaches to the top. Does anyone have a Danbury poptop that they could take some pictures of and post for us to have a look at, thanks in advance for any help.
Hi lovedubs, ours was attached with small nails you can just see them in the picture. We still need to sort ours out as its a bit rough.
I forgot to say the nails are covered by a piece of trim about 0.5" wide, this needs removing before you see the nails holding the canvas.
