anyone else ordered off custom and commercial and had to wait a while?, i ordered £126 worth of stuff 1 week ago and recieved a mail confirming my order, in the mail it said i would get a mail confirming when the order had been picked and another when it had been despatched, i've heard nothing yet i call that slow service, anyone had similar?
yep i ordered 900 quids worth of "bits" on the friday before new year got the conformation then got a mail a few days later saying they d not my roof canvas or a rear bumper and they don't know when they will so they ve taken em off my order phoned them last monday and they said oh we are waiting for your screen scrapers it all turned up yesterday good gear not impressed with the wait though
not had problem with them whatsoever.....i did have a lil problem with vw hertiage this week tho ......but im not complaining ..good luck ,hope it comes this week
i am going back to jk my arse the rubbers look top quality think i ll me n fletch will be able to glaze the whole bus in a hour or so maybe perhaps well not a hour then
years since i did any car glazing but i handle glass all day long so not to worried about it as it toughened glass you only need to worry about the edges now i ve said this i ll break every bit of glass in my van you wait and see lol
Rang them this morning and they were nice enough on the phone, turns out they are waiting on a delivery of screen rubber inserts they hope they are due in sometime next week, i think they should have had the courtesy to e-mail me once they took the order from the online site and phsically started picking it though, i work in warehousing and i wouldn't expect a customer to wait what will be nearly 3 weeks without asking them if it was ok.
