Custom air ride on daisy

  3. There was someone on here needed the fuel breather pipes and bulbs out of the vents

    I’m sure someone could
    Make use of the hinge panel aswell if your not going to use it
    Also if there’s bulb holders in what’s left of the lights keep them aswell as modern reproductions are crap.

  5. Yeah, me and another guy don’t have proper breather systems so have DIY versions.
    We couldn’t figure out how to attach things up in the vents.

    Bad diagram, playing with Autodesk Sketchbook and a pressure sensitive pen on a new laptop PC.

    Idea is that if a burp of petrol gets into the breather pipe and travels up it, when it gets to the bulb, it doesnt fill the bulb, so any air following it can bubble through to the breather. Then it drains back when the crisis is over.

Had the afternoon on it and un picked the d pillar saving corner bit to do so put that in 1 piece still load to clean up and paint amd fetling left yet but the d piller fits in lucky for me it stopped few inches from the roof thank god , had to drill out 3000 tinny spot welds inside of the bus but it's all out and now the mad clean up starts this is a big job but hope to have a few hours on this tomorrow

  18. Another few hours today as off work , got the best pillar fully welded in and etch primer allso got the corner bit to graft in then just need to fabricate the lower section as I did the other side and fit the lower corner and then I'm back to where I was [​IMG]
