Curtains facing in or out?! - Pics please

Hmm that's interested because they were the ones trying to put me off. Did you get yours recently?

 

I got mine about 9mths ago. Unless they have had complaints about the hems since but I dont see why they would have?

Probs not as nice as yours, but you understand my sentiment. I bought 5 square metres of denim type fabric to do mine for £19 so materials can be had for cheaps if you shop around The rest is just practice......i imagine you've had lots of that! lol Like your website btw....some great ideas there. Particularly like the magnetic curtains!

 

Yeah totally understand that's what it's about having a go at it yourself and just get done the bits that you need too ...otherwise we'd all be skint lol!! ...Or even more skint than we are already

 

Exactly! For example, i wanted to line my bus roof with seagrass type matting. Trouble is its horrendously costly to buy beleive it or not....i was quoted £120 quid for a piece large enough to do the job! Then by chance, while in Ikea i happened across seagrass doormats for £3 each. 12 did the whole roof and it looks great, and insulates amazingly lol

Doesn't make much difference with the Westy curtains.

 

12xdoormats from Ikea and some spray adhesive.....about £40 in total lol Added some 12v LED downlights - £15 from Ebay. Just the units and a bed to go in now and thats the interior more or less wrapped up

 

handy for wiping feet

 

If it ever ends up on its roof i can climb out safe in the knowledge that i won't get the ambulance floor mucky lol
