Cup holder / storage ideas in walk through area

I've seen a few posts on here with people making storage boxes & cup holders in the walk through part of the cab

I've just found some left over ply from our interior conversion so I'm going to make it my next wee project.

I'd like to do it a little different if possible. My thoughts were to add two cup holders, and wire up the 12v system so that I can add led lights, 12v phone charger & USB port for my phone & Bluetooth speakers .

Any other ideas?

If anyone has any pics of the reed that would be cool. Dimensions would be helpful but I will be measuring it up anyways to make sure I've got enough board left to do it.

Cool I'll get the pencil & paper out and draw up a plan.
I plan to make it from whatever materials I have in the shed so it should cost me hee haw.
Although I may purchase the cup holders if it saves me a lot of hassle.

Seen a few on here but never saved the threads & couldn't find them through a search.

I've just popped mine in....



Marine cup holders, top drawer and rear access main compartment (for my spares) and a little map pocket. Slanted base so the top sits level with the seat base.

I considered loading it with electronics but it sits in board of the seat bases by about 1.5 inches on each side to clear the seat belt stalks so it would have meant bridging the gap with cables or coming in from underneath (cables under carpet or through he metalwork).

Really like your interior Andy. What seats are those by the way?. Is that veneer that the box is made of?
