We've got frozen moose leg steaks (from Lidl) to cook - been searching for ideas on what to do to them but lacking inspiration Any ideas?
After giving the moose a wheelchair, may I suggest pan frying them and deglazing the pan with red wine, chopped garlic and reduce.

ok confession time That's what Puca had for Christmas dinner : Browned it, added small potatoes and carrots, added water and slowly cooked in a crock pot for hours and hours.
