Barry Haynes I dance in leopard skin mankini’s

I had a clunking noise which was worse after driving 10 or so miles, it was the front wheel bearings

  6. think about what has changed, did you have the clunking before fixing the speedo? could it be the cap has popped off a little and is making the noise?

  7. No apologies for misleading you guys a little, the clunking was apparent prior to the breakdown back in August was fine when I went to Tatton developed later the day I broke down actually , but both are not related . I’d just forgotten about it until the test drive to check speedo and rear hub issue !

Did you set it public viewable?

    Anyway clunks come from
    Going in a straight line...
Bearings , shock absorbers either bushes or bottoming out, ball joints, steering king pin rocking...

crap in the storage spaces under the front seats.

Cornering as above also steering box, drag link .

If you had a snapped antiroll bar they bang and boing .. mine broke one morning on the way to work and I drove it another 35 miles to work and back before removing the pieces

Please note that one or all may apply. It did for my bus at different times

That sounds like something to do with your disc brakes. Metal tapping on thinnish metal near the outside of things.

  17. G why is the wheel moving like that when you bounce? I don't think that is normal or is it just camera trickery?
