For cheap I mean "reasonable": cannot afford a perfect one, but I can work on it. After all I consider everything rust free with a decent pop up top. I think I'm not out of the market if I seek a dented/some superficial rust/no engine/no trans/no interiors/no top canvas for...let's say, 2000£... I can spend more if more complete, of course.
I think your still going to be lucky have you seen the one Paul Weeding is parting out that was a bus which cost more than £2000. £3000 - £4000 and you might have a chance. Good luck anyway.
well, ok. Thank you for your advices. Let's see if someone has something to sell, I consider pretty much anything: I just have to stay under 7000£
What you're not asking yourself is why would there be a bus like this? The main problem with buses is rust so who'd strip a sound shell then sell it for the price of a set of doors and 2 front arches.
Don't know. Maybe someone has got a good chassis but a blown motor and/or a molested/missing interior
