Hi I am looking at putting in a cargo floor either carpet, vinyl or rubber mat. Open to suggestions and costs? madmatz have a 4/5 week turnaround and I cannot wait that long. thanks dan
ive just put in vinyl as its easy to replace now that i have a template too. have a good look around at the shows or online as theres so much choice!!
I think that's my problem, to much choice lol. The cork looks good. Question; whatever option I choose do u lay them straight to the floor or do u pop ply down n attache to that first?
8mm ply shaped to fit the lower parts (most of the floor). 3.6mm on top over entire floor and into threshold strip slot lino on top also tucked into the threshold strip. A few short wood screws up from underneath into the lower layer doesn't go amiss. Screwing furniture down will also hold the upper to lower.
