  8. Bit disappointed really ...
What makes a devon in my eyes is the interior - some nice looking vans, most looking like they`ve had thousands thrown at `em .
Thread should be changed to "Look at my shiny van (oh - it`s got a Devon roof)"..
I`m NO WAY a purist but was hoping to see a nice original interior or two .....

    :hattip:

  9. I can't help with the original interior, since some PO has done away with it :(

And with that, my millennial post :)

Hold on, i'll just pop outside and look in the skip, coz that's where most of em are ;) I love devons but the interiors were made from the cheapest chipboard ever invented

  11. Not knocking anyone - just hoping to rekindle heady 80`s memories in my `68 devon tintop .
Shame they`ve mostly been skipped although i seem to remember the bed / drawer unit was `pretty robust`.....

  12. Here's another 78 Moonraker. No original interior - replaced with something more solid and bespoke to our needs. Roll on summer

  13. no interior in mine either :(

  14. Got all the original interior in ours apart from the seat covers as they turned to dust.

The curtains are something else..... Not good with a hangover.

Only thing I've changed has been the roof. It leaked like a sieve, so have redone it and removed the skylight. Interior head lining in the rear has been changed as well. No other interior changes planned except making a second set of cushions that will be more dog proof, else these ones will be ruined in no time at all!! I may in the future lose the bunks and change to the platform, but no need for me to do that at this stage!
