Camper calling

I know there is another thread about this.
Kate noticed that A B C are now singed up and she is keen on going and we going in The Late Bay area ..
Anyone else

 

i'm in booked it ages ago and to be fair the the line up is starting to look pretty good, didn't know there was a LB area but with the little un's we are in the family area, so its bed time at 10pm!

 

I'm not sure... It's fairly near us, but with it being the first one I'm not sure if it'll be worth it as it's not cheap (especially with the prices keep going up!)

 

Quite looking forward to this little ho-down, i'm a bit bored of the usual Dub shows and the music line up is much better than I thought it would be, here's to the weekend campers!

 

I used to like Dodgy so seeing them in the line up convinced me it was worth a try, and now I'm really looking forward to it.

 

I will be there in the TLB area. Bring it on!

well its Saturday pm and not seen or heard anything that would make me come again .
Its mostly VW campers with a sprinkling of tents ,.The location is excellent,the toilets and showers lacking in number and location.people are friendly and mostly from Solihull.This is the first time I've had internet.There is one spot for late bay club and as of last night no one was there.I cant find @bernardfistrouser phone number ,I know he is here as the guy on gate said he had seen someone with knickers on there aerial

 

Is it busy though? I thought about doing catering for it but was put off by it being brand new

 

i assume you have put your knickers up or he wont ron day vue

 

The caterers are making a killing as there are not many ,7 at last count and one of those is the only coffee seller ,people have queued all day for food

 

The day has been saved by The German Beer kellar band from Solihull

I'd just like to add, that if anyone had told me when I was at art college back in 1982 and ABC first started doing the rounds, that 34 years later I'd be stood in a field, wearing a dinner jacket, drinking red wine from a plastic bottle and actually enjoying watching Martin Fry...

 

We had a fab time, very chilled but plenty to see and do, in a lovely setting. Free lake activities were a bonus. Toilets were always clean with loo roll and hand sanitiser. Had to wait a while for food on Saturday night so more food vendors would have been good.

 

Hey @Bernard Fishtrousers was that your orange bay in your pic? We walked past, like, a million times - we were just a bit further along that row in the VW Camper Chicks area
