Hey guys I have a 1971 right hand drive prototype bay bus

Looks like the rear of my cross-over.

 

Possibly but to fit to the bumper mounts it should have 4 holes. Are there brackets on the inside?

 

May have to drill hole to fit the original bumper irons?
I have fitted one of the ones similar to that grey one that the op has,
If I remember it had brackets on back that I removed

 

The pattern ones have the brackets so they fit to a number of models, Like you I cut mine out with a grinder and then carefully marked up the hole positions and drilled them out.
